• All of the Wingman Warehouse products are made to order & handcrafted by skilled artisans in small batches, 50 to 52 weeks per year. By producing in small lots, we can minimize waste overhang & churn inventory more quickly. As a result, we don’t have to build the cost of “excess inventory” into our prices, allowing us to pass along those savings to you.
• As majority of our products are custom-ordered, we strive to have your package on its way within 5-6 weeks of payment approval. Occasionally, courier services may take 3-5 business days to process (Not liable for international deliveries).
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed for shipment on the following business day.
• We manufacture few of our products based on materials sourced off shore & thus are liable to extended delivery timelines
• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our Distribution Center.
• You will receive an email with a tracking number from FedEx, DHL, or UPS; so, you can track the shipment to your doorstep.
• We offer expedited shipping for those who need products sooner. Just send an email for a quote.
• Your country may impose separate taxes, duties, or VAT on your purchase. Unfortunately, we are not able to control or absorb these fees.
• We will provide an anticipated ship date for your order at the time of purchase. If you ordered via: FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS Priority Mail – we will email you with tracking numbers.
• If you have a change of address, just email or text us with your order number as early as possible and we will ensure your order is delivered to the correct destination. Splitting your shipment is Ok, though additional charges may apply.
