Custom Orders Policy

CUSTOM ORDERS POLICY

We offer free artwork and design services for all products with unlimited revisions, although we may request an advance order deposit for your project based on the details and requirements of your project. This deposit is non-refundable, but it will be deducted from your final payment. We will take the rough draft of your ideas and clean it up, so that it is usable for all kinds of apparels or gear later on.

JUST SEND US A SKETCH

We don't need much to get started, just hand-draw us your idea on a napkin or a piece of paper.

DESIGN TEMPLATES

We offer design templates on a few of our products for you to have ease with creating any design within those templates. However, additional charges will apply for customization outside of templates.

EASY REORDERS

Your custom bulk orders are stocked on our website, and you can always reorder with modifications for new squadron members.

POSSIBILITY TO REVISE

You can always modify your existing designs when reordering with us.

ONE DESIGN FOR ALL PRODUCTS

You can use your design for your other custom merchandise or gear as well.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Product blueprint ownership lies with Wingman Tactical unless mutually agreed upon.
  2. Manufacturing copyrights lie with Wingman Tactical unless mutually agreed upon.
  3. Acceptable delays in shipping are subject to international holidays, unprecedented geopolitical circumstances etc and will be applicable in all manufacturing/shipping processes.
  4. Returns on ‘change of mind’ are not acceptable.
  5. After sales services will be available ONLY through our email. For more info, refer to “Returns Policy” section on our website.
  6. All changes in custom orders are acceptable till it is approved for production. Unrecoverable changes while the order is in production phase cannot be implicated and will lie on customer’s part.
  7. Custom orders will be finalized by customer before going for production & company holds no accountability of products produced following the approved mockups.
  8. Shipment charges are sometimes not part of invoice bcz of variables involved & in that case, shipping invoice will be sent at the time of shipment with final freight weight and dimensions.
  9. We manufacture few of our products off shore & thus are liable to extended delivery timeline
